Cod & prawn paella

A new edition to our seafood range. Our take on the traditional seafood paella includes cod fillet, prawn, roasted red pepper and garden peas. We also use an authentic Spanish bomba rice.


Prawn (Crustacean), Hake (Fish), Water, Olive Oil, Butter (Milk), Rice, Roasted Red Pepper, Garden Peas, Tomato Puree, Garlic. Fish Stock (Fish) Vegetable Stock (Celery), Salt.

Cooking instructions: for best results oven cook from frozen

Oven: Fan 170ºC / Electric 190ºC / Gas Mark 5

  • Pre-heat oven
  • Remove sleeve and pierce film
  • Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven
  • Cook for 40-45 minutes (from frozen) / 25-30 minutes (from chilled).

Microwave: 850W

  • Remove sleeve and pierce film
  • Place on microwavable plate
  • Cook 4mins – stir gently & recover – 3mins (from frozen) 2mins – stir gently & recover – 1.5min (from chilled)
